Hi Josh.. just wanted to come on here and tell you about my weekend..
This weekend was all about you my friend.. i remember being in the flat with you about a year and a half ago and you said to me "Liam, they've released a reveal trailer for a new Dragon Ball Tenkaichi game!!" I genuinely didnt believe you at first, but then we watched the reveal together and we was SO EXCITED 😂
It has been 17 long years since the last game, there wasnt much longer to wait.
Unfortunately we lost you before the game could be released and we could enjoy it together.. i know you wasnt the biggest fan, but you always listened to me moan, listened to me be a fan boy and always hyped it up just to make me happy.. i loved that, i really did..
With us not being able to play the game together, i thought to myself.. what can i do to get you involved on this.. i decided i was going to do a livestream in your memory, create a donation page and see what could be achieved..
I genuinely didnt expect much, i thought to myself to make the stakes even higher for me ( and my wallet 😂 ) every game i lost on this stream, i'd donate to the trust..
Well Josh, what we achieved collectively yesterday, was beyond my wildest expectations.. we raised a total of £350 for the trust + gift aid donations.. wow, simply WOW...
I miss you mate, i hope wherever you are, you're proud of what i and everyone else achieved yesterday.. all in memory of you.. in the search of a cure that is so desperately needed for every person that is fighting the fight you fought, everyday of your life... you're probably sobbing away but i know they will be happy tears...
Love you always 💙💙💙

The Dash - Linda Ellis
I read of a man who stood to speak at the funeral of a friend.
He referred to the dates on his casket from beginning to the end.
He noted that first came the date of his birth, and spoke of the following date with tears,
But he said what mattered most of all was the dash between those years. For that dash represents all the time that he spent alive on earth,
And now, only those who loved him know what that little line is worth.
For it matters not, how much we own, the cars, the house, the cash, What matters is how we live and love and how we spend our dash.
So think about this long and hard; are there things you would like to change? For you never know how much time is left that can still be rearranged.
If we could just slow down enough to consider what is true and real
And always try to understand the way other people feel.
And be less quick to anger and show appreciation more
And love the people in our lives like we have never loved before.
If we treat each other with respect and more often wear a smile, Remembering that this special dash might only last a little while.
So when your eulogy is being read, with your life’s actions to rehash,
Would you be proud of the things they say, about how your spent your dash?
